Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne professionnelle et énergique pour travailler comme adjoint(e) administratif(ive) dans une clinique de physiothérapie et de bien-être bilingue au centre-ville de Toronto. Vous travailleriez parmi des physiothérapeutes, des naturopathes, des nutritionnistes, des massothérapeutes et des entraîneurs personnels dans une clinique dynamique et excitante à PhysioExcellence (www.physioexcellence.ca)
Les candidats qualifiés auront les capacités suivantes:
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais
- Attention particulière aux détails
- Haute capacité organisationnelle et gestion du temps
- Superbe service à la clientèle
- Capacité d'interagir avec les autres d'une manière courtoise et professionnelle
- Faire preuve d’un haut niveau de professionnalisme, discrétion et confidentialité
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques tels que Microsoft Office et Adobe

Les tâches seront variées et comprennent (parmi autres):
- Fournir un soutien administratif à notre équipe des professionnelles de santé
- Effectuer des tâches générales administrative, y compris: prendre les rendez-vous pour les professionnelles de santé, répondre au téléphone et fournir l’assistance appropriées, accueillir et aider les visiteurs à la clinique, gérer et maintenir certaines communications avec les patients ainsi que les professionnels, maintenir l'organisation générale de la clinique
- Entretenir l'inventaire des fournitures de bureau et autres matériaux spécifiques pour les professionnelles de santé
- Gérer les comptes à fournisseurs et clients
- Maintenir certaine fonction de comptabilité (rémunération et facturation)
- Gérer et mettre à jour le site Web de la clinique et le blog

Tasks are varied and include (but not limited to):
- Provide administrative support to our growing team
- Perform general office tasks, including: schedule appointments for various health care professionals, answer the phone and provide assistance to callers, greet and assist clients, manage and maintain communications with patients and professionals, filing and office organization
- Maintain equipment and supplies inventory
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Accounting functions (payroll and invoicing)
- Manage and update clinic website, blog and other social media outlets

Registered Massage Therapist
The successful candidate must be licensed and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, have excellent communication skills, customer service skills and computer skills. Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual (English and French), and have taken various post graduate courses including but not limited to pre-natal massage, myofascial release, deep tissue and sports massage.
The massage room is available Monday to Friday. Rent includes a massage bed, linens, pillows, massage oil and cream, cleaning supplies, hydrocollator, hot packs and the use of admin staff. Rent, compensation and terms of agreement to be negotiated.

The successful candidate must be licensed and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, have excellent communication skills, customer service skills and computer skills. Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual (English and French), and have taken various post graduate courses including but not limited to Women’s Health, McKenzie, Manual Therapy and Sahrmann.
The physiotherapy rooms are available Monday to Friday. Rent includes receptionist, scheduling, full use of gym amenities and all other equipment. Rent, compensation and terms of agreement to be negotiated. Remuneration will be based on experience and post graduate education levels
